Good doctor, at last we meet again

Your creation returned requests your audience

Do you recollect how cold it was that night?

Your intellect seized thunder's might

And brought assorted flesh back to life

Disgusted, afraid

You turned your back on what you'd made

Abandoned, cast out

I wandered off into the dark

Foraging to sustain

Clumsily, I learned this frame

Such brilliant lights and sounds

Into the village, I was lured down

And I still see their horror

My visage so abhorrent

Grotesque and dumb

So back to the shadows where I dwelled

And learned your language

Your mankind's values

Knowledge ever increasing the gravity

Reality set in so painful, eternal loneliness

So you would see me dead

For the fiend I've become

A mate, my bride
