Overwhelmed about to break

The moment I begin to wake

Grieving over my mistakes

On the journey to the lake

Pruning back the branches so later the flowers can grow

Failing guiding us, taking us where we should go

A time that I wont soon forget

Miles driven money spent

Broken hearts and arguments

Challenges we underwent

Taking walks to decompress, fending off the hopelessness

Up and down all around, every corner of the town

Remembering the old routine from the time spent, inbetween

Couldn't ask for a better place to find our way back home

Knowing more than ever to trust in mysterious forces

Moving, playing, flowing

Pray I will remember the next time I'm wounded and low
