Losing Control

She sat on the end of her bed

Daydreams racing through her head while the other kids went out to play

She grew up in a normal house

With her mom and dad but not without

The constant need to break away

And she feels like she's losing control

And she feels like she's going to explode

Trying to figure out her function

While she's headed for her own self destruction

She never took her time to shine

Always was the last in line

They called her name, she ran the other way

She skipped town got a brand new place but she still had the same old face

Tried to wash it off but it would always stay

And she knows that she's losing control

And she knows that she's bound to explode

Not thinking 'bout any repercussions

While she's on the way to her self destruction

And she knows that she's lost all control

And she knows what it feels like to explode

She never figured out her function

Well she couldn't be late to her self destruction
