Just another day trapped inside this bunker

Hid behind the doors, preventing drones from being slaughtered

Being cooped up with no escape

Thinking we'll be safe

I'd rather be out there fighting for our kind

Being sure that we can live without the worries of our lives

I could be the hero that everyone needs

Blah, blah, bite me!

But lately, there's been something strange inside of me

Like a power slowly manifesting wanting to break free

Try to keep it hidden away from everyone

Ugh, c'mon! What the hell is going on?

I want to figure out the problems that I got

Finding clues from the past, string together my thoughts

Uncovering the data won't be a simple task

What's wrong with me? Is it too much to ask?

Lost in these thoughts, lost in my mind

Thinking 'bout the flaws in my design

Contemplating every choice I make

Was I built to hurt, or is it a mistake?

I don't know why I was made the way that I am

But I'll find out, no matter what

The whole purpose of my cybernetic program

Creeping through the dark, flying through the night sky

Hunting down survivors in a blink of an eye

Our orders are simple, "Just attack and break 'em

Don't let them live, just find and kill 'em"

We sneak in the shadows of this wasteland of a planet

Feeding of the living with no bodies took for granted

We drink the remains for our own gain

Hiding in the day, away from the deadly sun rays

But secretly, I've been contemplating my existence

Wondering what will happen when we're finished with the mission

Will they shut us down? Will they throw us out?

Stop slacking off, N!

But mind is full of doubts

Old memories start to cloud my head

What was I like? Is that me, but dead?

Who's making me forget the things I've been through?

What will they do to us?

I know that something's amiss

Making us furious

Why would they send some of our own kind to do their dirty work?

It was their own fault that humans died here, and we overtook

Maybe we're too smart for them, or maybe they're just too afraid

When we finally see them again, we'll be sure to make 'em pay
