On this old 'electric range

The PG & E went and cut off my

Power once again

So I fired up some sterno

You know, the one they call canned heat

Went into my frigidaire

There wasn't nothin' there to eat

Called up the Triple AAA

Woman said, "We can't help you, sir

Your card was canceled today"

Damn

Grabbed up all my bags

And I stuck out my thumb

Sure enough, I missed my flight

Bad luck on the run
