Playing kickball at the local park

After the game, met in a bar

Talk about music

And things we like

Had a few drinks

That was the spark

That's when we decided we should jam

History 101

We got together right after school

Playing some tunes, man it was cool

We decided it was fun

Getting together

Playing some songs

And that's when we formed a band

Called Los Sparknotes

Now we invited all our friends

To have some fun and watch us play

Blow off some steam after work

Cause being a teacher is not cake

But we can teach a kid to think, and rock the world.
