An Honest Prayer

I've got a lot of questions

And I don't feel like You've given me answers to 'em

Were my prayers not desperate enough?

Was my faith not big enough?

You were supposed to show up!

You were supposed to step in!

But now I'm left with heartbreaking questions

Like, why this outcome if I know You could change it in a moment?

Why for some and not for others?

Do You not see me?

Do You not see the pain that I've walked through?

Why me?

Why?
