Grace to you and peace from Him who is, was, and will be

Behold He is coming, you can see Him with the clouds

And everyone will fear Him when they see Him coming down

I am the Alpha and Omega

The First and the Last, the Beginning and the End

The One who is, the One who was, and the One who is to come

Your almighty Friend, Amen

I, John, your brother, share in your distress

And the kingdom and the faith we have in Jesus

I was on the island Patmos because I spread the Word

When a voice as loud as a trumpet spoke and this is what I heard

I am the Alpha and Omega

The First and the Last, the Beginning and the End

The One who is, the One who was, and the One who is to come

I turned and I saw seven golden stands

And in the middle one who looked like the Son of Man

He wore an ankle-length robe, a sash of gold

The hair on His head, it was white as wool

His eyes were like a fiery flame

And His feet were like polished brass unchanged

By a furnace that just kept burning hotter

His voice was like the sound of rushing water

In His right hand, He held seven stars

A sharp two-edged sword shot out of His mouth

His face shone like the sun so bright

That it even made the day seem like night

When I saw Him, I fell down as though dead

Then He touched me with His right hand and He said

"Do not be afraid, write down all you have seen

Tell all the people everywhere what is, was, and will be"
