Wake up, start off with a pot of coffee

Make up, maybe send a few apologies

And If I don’t gotta work then Imma play hard

But play is still work I don’t refer it as a day job

Make a banger, take off, the party is my hobby

No strangers, brakes off, going hard inside the lobby

I’m like Cody, life’s suite, and I’m taking days off

Try to make shit even if it doesn’t pay off

And I think I might chill, take a breath and relax

Maybe play guitar, watch the game or take a bath

I stress too much about the future and the past

So today I’m gonna turn my brain off and kick back

Gotta be more grateful got a lot of great things

So many opportunities and people here for me

Some days are bad, but it won’t always be
