I Believe

I don’t try to be somebody that Im not

I stand by my convictions

and I wont be bought

I stand for the flag i back the blue

I believe in me i believe in you

I believe in Jesus I believe in grace

Power of the blood no matter what our race

When we don’t see color we shine through

We all have our own point of view

Through the fiery flames and hurricanes or a hundred year drought.

When we all bleed we all need to help each other out.

Through the darkness and the fears

Through the Pain and all the tears

We shine like stars

God loves it when we do

I believe in me

It’s enough for me to wake up and just be alive

I wouldn’t have a thing with out the people in my life

If I counted up my blessings I know what I’d see. People loving people brings out the best in me

Tune out the hate turn off the evening news

Let’s turn the page and act our age what would our Jesus do
