Get up every day, make the bed all nice

And fling open the curtains

Feel the sun on your face

Love your body

Look in the mirror and think

Don't dwell on instagram

There are far better things to do than that

Smile more

Put down your phone

See the world through your own eyes

Create memories, not JPEGs

Be creative - draw, learn a language

Dance even if it feels really awkward

Why worry about something now

That you won't worry about a year from now?

The checkout assistant, the postman

You'll probably make their day

Challenge yourself

Bring something out of someone
