The setting sun is apropos through the windows glass

Comes through like Tiffany

But, not quite Tiffany

Its through tears the prism basks

Shines upon old memories, old photographs

All those dear to me

No longer here with me

Emptiness so vast

Through the years, all this is understood

This so bad is almost good

Heart bleeding as it should

And through all the years, holding on to the memories

Glad to to shed a few good tears

And to send them down your way

so I swear, I swear that its ok, Its fair to say

That going back, for just a little while, well it makes me smile

When those old memories come my way

Then back into the looking glass they fade into mist

Having time to burn

Leaving years to yearn

This ever growing list
