Garden of Weeds

Growing a garden of weeds

I water faithfully

Till the tender soil, indulge in fantasy

Seeds they sprout and grew

Though they bear no fruit

I keep nurturing just in case they do

In my garden, garden of weeds

Everything I plant

Needs me just a bit

When the roots are bruised, I seal it with a kiss

Then they gain the strength

Stretch up to the sun.

The flowers never bloom, and I am never done
