I might've hit rock bottom

From this hell of a day

I got a stack of problems and some bills to pay

But it's alright, ain't gonna let it break me

I'm gonna take some time, enjoy the simple things

I'm gonna call up my mama 'cause it's been too long

Play some fetch with my dog

Maybe write a few songs

I'm drinking margaritas til I can't even think

I'm gonna take some time to enjoy the simple things

I think I've lost mind

It's a hell of a thing

And the man on the TV says the worlds ending

But it's alright, just gotta turn it off sometimes

'Cause when you feel tied down, you gotta cut those strings.

I'm gonna call up my mama 'cause it's been too long

Play some fetch with my dog

Maybe write a few songs

I'm drinking margaritas til I can't even think

I'm gonna take some time to enjoy the simple things

Enjoy the Simple Things

I'm forgiving and forgetting

Don't got time to waste

I'm gonna drive top down

Feel the wind on my face

And I ain't gonna care about what people think

No I ain't gonna give a thought on what tomorrow brings

I'm gonna call up my mama 'cause it's been too long

Play some fetch with my dog

Maybe write a few songs

I'm drinking margaritas til I can't even think

I'm gonna take some time to enjoy the simple things

Enjoy the Simple Things
