Church to Pray

You can do it at a bar downtown on a Saturday night

Doesn't matter if you say it out loud or keep it to yourself, you're still doin' it right

Could be sittin' in your kitchen or a field under the stars

No it don't really matter where you are

You need a car if you wanna drive

You need a plane if you wanna fly

With most things you do in life there's just one way

You need a lake if you wanna fish

A couple million bucks if you wanna be rich

But if you close your eyes anytime any place

You don't need a church to pray

I still love the light shining in through a stained glass window on a Sunday mornin'

And the sound of a hymn everybody joining in still does it for me

But you don't need a choir to sing a hallelujah song

There really ain't a way to do it wrong
