Big furry green monster unseen

Climbs up the hill and down

Eats a brown cow, horse and a plow

Looks at the trees around

Big furry green monster quite mean

Begins the day alone

Thinks in his mind there was a time

When everything was fine

Now can you see no one but me

To do the monster things

Ate all the trees, grass and the leaves

And then he says why

Reaches the cliff twilight
