People say there are angels everywhere

Hangin all around even when you brush your hair

And when you get in trouble they'll be there on the double

Well I went on a trip and I was hanging on the lake

With some of my friends sittin round and gettin baked

In the sunshine having fun

Not knowing what's to come

Now that it's night

And alls going well

Drinks 1, 2, and 3 have turned into twelve

Tempers start to bloom

There's gonna be drama soon

I turned to my girlfriend and said

So I run down the hall and I'm lookin for a brawl

It's a family affair so I really don't care

Maybe I'll wrong a right

And go get in a fight my brothers in my sight I'm coming for you

So I jump for my brother and I grab em' by the throat

And choke him to the death out here on this boat

My friends are holding me back and then someone taps my back

I break and turn to see a drunk angel has come for me

She says settle right down and to my boat

I said girl I'm trying hard I got a brother to choke

Then someone drug her away

I got embarrassed and ran away and prayed

And prayed and prayed and prayed and prayed

Now that it's over I got an angel to thank

Thanks for helping me after all those drinks

Me and my brother and girlfriend and friends

Are all closer now all thanks to our sins
