歌詞
Untold mays ago, Hamelin was trapped in a sinister haze,
A coot in the oddest threads,
came walking through the city gates,
To their eyes he was strange,
With the flute in his hands,
He'd put the pest to an end.
Hey, hey, hey, hey!
Soon thousand rats and mice,
came dancing after the tune of his pipe,
And by the end of the night,
Hamelin was a different sight,
Now that the man claimed his pay,
He was sent him away,
And he vowed revenge,
ll take what you love!
Oh yeah he stole the children when the moon was high,
Oh the tunes he piped, just got them hypnotized,
Thousand little steps echoed into the night.
By the break of the day,
the work was done, but remorse came too late,
Oh all the tears they shed,
wouldn’t bring the children back.
Two boys witnessed the crime,
One was mute, one was blind,
Transilvanian exile.
The Rat Catcher's payback!
