I've been writing songs since I was a kid

As a way to process and express my feelings

And I've done it mostly in my bathroom

So yeah, I guess the most authentic way

To take you through this journey with me is to start like this

I wrote these songs as I've found myself

Feeling happy, in love, silly, grateful

Nostalgic, angry, sad, hurt, confused

I also felt heartbroken and sometimes I fell apart

Then I learned to love myself

I've gone through ups and downs, good and bad

And I guess it's the natural cycle of life

Emotions, nature and all things

That's why these songs are listed by feelings

From the happiest of my experiences to my darkest moments

I hope the stories they tell can remind you that

It is ok to feel everything you feel, without judgment

I hope they can remind you we are human but

Most of all, I just hope this record can be your friend
