Not years of becoming weak through emotional automation

Or seasons of isolation from all of my failed relations

Selective vision is means of evacuation

We see what we want and make dreams that we can escape in

But I've taken my measures to start remembering what made me my enemy

And how to uncover what path was meant for me

I'm just a messenger, communicating energy

I use my pens to cleanse all the venom out of my memories

My greatest fear is that none of you will remember me

That I'll grow to resent me and bury my own identity
