I took a week off my phone

It didn’t help much

Instead of scrolling alone chasing a head rush

I wrote things down I’ve been feeling pretty often

Felt like a conversation laughing with an old friend

I wish that it helped me more

Wish that I felt less

I slammed and locked my doors

Somebody break them down

Tryna make sense somehow

Spill all my guts out loud

I don’t wanna say something explicit

So I’ll sing about it while I’m in it
