Flowers Bathed in Sunlight

Light travels across a solar system

Clouds drawing water from the earth

Into the sky to rain back down

And as sun poured onto flowers next to me

I thought of all the distance that's been travelled

And how that alone must be enough reason

To just enjoy watching these flowers

Being bathed in sunlight
