That surprised me

Yesterday

I went to the cafe

I averted my gaze

I resisted temptation

I insisted on water

Heard you say "Agnisté"

What's that mean

Anyway?

I still walk through the buildings

I look through the windows

Admire the light

Get caught by the spirit

Heard you say "We'll be okay"

Anyway

When the stars flicker

And I pick the flower

Does the flower spirit
