Greatest Gift (Acoustic Version)

Every year we make a list 

Put the cards up on the fridge

String the lights around the tree 

Caroling with the family 

There’s so much to do

In the holiday season

I don’t wanna lose

Lose sight of the reason

So this Christmas here’s my prayer

Help me remember why we’re here

To take a minute and look around 

To breathe it in and slow it down 

So many memories I don’t want to miss

And if I only had one wish

To be in the moments at the top of my list 

Cuz this Christmas 

Presence is the greatest gift

The snow outside will melt away 

But I know we still have today 

So find the ones you love most 

Wrap them up and hold them close 

There’s no time to lose

This Christmas season

So I’m gonna choose 

To remember the reason
