Soaring

In a quilt of clouds with your wings spread wide

Until

A sudden whim makes you dive so swift

Did you leave your will in the mind of the wind

Left all your desire in a single wish

To drift

In a quilt of clouds with your wings spread wide

Don’t you have no tasks?

No remorse that disturbs?

No matter where you soar. Up north or west

Everywhere stars are the same, everywhere a nest

You don’t bother where a new day will arise

Each time you blink your eyes you get a new surprise

Free bird, tell me please, how did you catch the sky

Gravity takes me hard, how did you learn to fly
