Staggering black tower

Piercing the bloodstained firmament,

Upon desolate lands.

Standing tall in the name of Marduk.

My footsteps crumbling, my body shivers

At the sight of this imposing man's creation.

Its holy stairways are but a bridge

Full moon ascending through the stellar winding path,

Gradually illuminating the gargantuan Ziggurat.

Climbing up the steps towards the ultimate truth,

Hoping that one day I'll stand amongst the whole of You.
