Lack of judgment for a better word, looks on my face, complaints not heard

I need to have a say, not so much as to get my way

My light is getting dim, my patience is starting to thin

Everyone I know doesn't change, their looks just stay the same

The more I fall, it helps to start, writhing legs left in the rain

Now as the summer sun fades itself into winter's dawn

These roads that lead to home, faint lines, it's all I know

But it's time for me to travel on, to see if my vision carries on

All the words that I write, they'll hurt most after I die

I write because of dreams, beautiful life I want to see
