I have the benefit of having a warning

And a benefit of knowing that I'm going to

Have to go through a very difficult period

But, um, for me, the, um, my reaction has been to savour the moment

Not to become depressed, not to try and seek some certainty of outcome

Instead, simply to thank, the, be thankful for the

Fact that I'm able to focus on the here and now

And in so doing, I've found it very, very enriching

Because it takes away a lot of the temporal

Feelings and limitations that we all have
