I'm on a lonely ship and I cannot see

I fought the devil and the deep blue sea

I lost direction

And I don't know where to go now

Hey you there in the distance

A blurry silhouette that I can't forget

The tides will drown me

They push me back and forth, where's my true north?

Distant stars will fade in color

And up to now

A gentle breeze pushed me away

But now we're fighting hurricanes

I have searched for million others

And not for you

I always thought you are a myth

But now I know that you exist

You're the catalyst

My catalyst

I see the seasons change while I'm standing still

I'm feeling stuck here against my will

The world keeps turning

With no land in sight, no strength to fight

I question your existence

Drop your masquerade

Where is my beacon

Which illumes the night, my guiding light?

Distant stars will fade in color

And up to now

A gentle breeze pushed me away

But now we're fighting hurricanes

I have searched for million others

And not for you

I always thought you are a myth

But now I know that you exist

You're the catalyst

When I'm drowning in an ocean

And I'm blind so I can't see

When I'm losing my horizon

Then you pull me on my feet

Loving feels like breathing

Because of you

Da da da da da da da da da

Da da da da da da da da da

Da da da da da da da da da

Feels like breathing

Distant stars will fade in color

And up to now

A gentle breeze pushed me away

But now we're fighting hurricanes

I have searched for million others

And not for you

I always thought you are a myth

But now I know that you exist

You show me light when there's no color

So we are now

We're drawing clouds up in the sky

And turning valleys into highs

Now I know you're not a myth

'Cause you really do exist

You're the catalyst

My catalyst

My catalyst

My catalyst

You're my catalyst
