Whatever you have learned,

Received or heard from me,

Or seen in me, put it into practice.

May you walk humbly

And love mercy.

Everyday, with love seek justice.

And the peace which transcends

All understanding will guard your hearts and minds me.

Whatever is true, whatever is noble.

Whatever is right, whatever is admirable.

Whatever is lovely, if anything is excellent,

Or praiseworthy, think about such thing.

Think about such things.

Let your gentleness be evident to all.

May you be content whatever the circumstances

And the peace which transcends

All understanding will guard your hearts and minds me.

Whatever is true, whatever is noble.

Whatever is right, whatever is admirable.

Whatever is lovely, if anything is excellent,

Or praiseworthy, think about such thing.

Think about such things.
