Lately I've been feelin like nobody wants to mess with me Problems they got me stressing and tryna get the best of me Hearts been under lock and key And I been missing it Tryna push away the heartache But I'm feeling it I been looking through a one way mirror What is on the other side seems clearer to me You may see differently And not agree It's hard to move ahead when it seems no one else believes in you Committed to the dream but can't find no one else to dream it to When there's more than one you can touch and agree And the outcome can be stronger cause we weight it differently The deck can stack up in your favor Battles seem to waiver but victories are won when somebody holds your hand and keeps you lifted to the SON I been looking for a cloud up in the sky, so I can run We were never meant to run this race alone that's critical The world says you should look out for yourself and yes we listen to But then they come together like a all boy band Spreading love to everyone and looking out for they fam and that's real And that's real And that's real I been tryna stay high I mean it spiritual this jess around my ankle won't let me fly and I'm leaning too Now I know why the caged bird sings They be looking through the bars tryna spread they wings Many things I can see me doing with this life But nobody sees the vision and it's hard for me to fight Even a boxer has somebody in their corner Who can help them see so they may not see the coroner Too many hits in my brain have me second guessin Is this what the Lord meant for me Or did I skip a few sessions Did I learn to run before I crawled and if I got it out of order is that the reason I can't move the ball Courts in session may I call a defendant?
