Asymmetrical

When we were just high schoolers back in our seventh year Took a Chemistry class, we learned fast with Mrs Pearson She wore spectacles, and curls in her hair She walked with a flair you'll never find She said to me, "page 143 Today, we're learnin' 'bout the mind" She said that love and attraction Are just chemical reactions in the brain We're like our lovers-to-be with symmetry Just perfectly written on our face "Oh Mrs Pearson, I'm asymmetrical Am I still beautiful?" When I told her that, she looked at me and laughed out loud She said if you could fit that in an essay, she'd be quite proud You know I only have one dimple even in one cheek And when I speak, it's all out of line My right hand's strong but oh, my left's so weak And don't get me started on my spine She said that love and attraction Are just chemical reactions in the brain Apparently we're meant to be exactly the same on either side Oh Mrs Pearson, I'm asymmetrical Am I still beautiful?
