The grief, joy, gain and struggling Reconciling and the othering Interpretations of my heart and mind Happy memories are haunting Greatest fears and doubts are daunting Each a reflection in the mirror I can find Plant the spark Harvest a fire Polish the mirror Burning desire Developing a new perspective Practice loving what's been rejected Judgements cloud the mirror and make me numb Is there strength and the endurance To grasp the willingness and patience To see my true reflection And what i can become?
