Debuting as the main rapper of girl group Iz*One, South Korean vocalist and performer YENA built chart-topping success in her home country during their dominant 2010s and 2020s run. Following Iz*One's disbandment in 2021, she began releasing strong material as a soloist, debuting with the number two-charting mini-album Smiley. This was followed by the sophomore mini-album Smartphone in August, and her third mini-album, Good Morning, was issued in 2024.
Influenced by YENAYENA has influenced the music of Yumcha, Sydney, Dusky Natris and more.
