Lost in the rush, each week ends the same

Immersed in a shameless world

The rhythmic pulse, the raving crowd

The only escape from my pride

Euphoric dive to the abyss

Where pain and pleasure cease to exist

This state, my only guide

Will my sun rise again

A life so cruel, tasteless and gray

I need it all to fade away

But I sink deeper in the void

Where chaos reigns

Vision is blurred, senses are dulled

I see the world in shades of evil

But I still desire, for one night

To feel alive before mourning light

Lost in the mist, I clutch onto my essence

As I dance in the Devil's presence

My senses are dulled, my soul full of corrosion

But I keep pursuing this strange illusion

They say this gradually drains me

That it's dragging me towards misery

But in this fleeting moment, I am weightless

Like a bird flying above, fearless

How can I resist the temptation

Of thornless roses and mind stimulation

I know deep inside that this is a cursed deal

That kills me more than it heals

Yet I keep drinking the divine poison
