Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My grandparents bought my family a piano when I was about 4 years old, and I'll never forget when my grandmother sat down and started playing it. I said “what is that?!” and she said “that’s the Boogie-woogie.” My eyes lit up and I said "teach me."

Burt Bacharach, Reach Out Pulp, This Is Hardcore Serge Gainsbourg, Histoire de Melody Nelson The musical stylings of Burt Bacharach are unforgettable, Gainsbourg's attitude is infectious, and Jarvis Cocker's lyrics make the ordinary extraordinary. They endlessly inspire me.
