The understory’s humming at a low frequency

Knowing how to sing before words were a thing

Seed receiving messages, the nimbo is delivering just right

Transforming into oxygen, a day's supply for you and I

Rained down from above

Turned into something beautiful and undreamed of

A respiration love

We know the story way up high

It’s written and it’s rhymed

But all the talking down below

It goes untold

The whole story we don’t know

The fallen wood is dead to you

Skeletons and straw, although it’s true

Moss and ferns and big earthworms

And decomposing fungi and beetles too

Make good use, yes they do

They find something that’s dying

And let it renew

Turns into something new

Below the story in the sky

All the greetings and goodbyes

Where it all begins to grow
