Our Lamb Has Conquered

The cross was the battleground

Not for the lion but for the Lamb

His weapon was not His might

It was His love and His sacrifice

Jesus called no power of heaven to his aid

He freely bled and just as freely He forgave

Our victory did not come like we would have planned
