Filled with disgust, Horrified by the sight of self-made suffering As lies eclipse the light What was real has been discarded For a narcotic dreamland From early on I've stood strong to see the damage first hand Victims of themselves try to cope with lives pain By dodging its source through numbing their brains Problems only worsen, magnified by it all From their hand the final brick closes the tomb walls
