Best Friends

Last night was the hardest that it's been in a long time

My apocalyptic sins have reached my real life

Now I'm sitting on my couch and I don't feel right

I tend to dwell on all my problems

But my best friends tell me they are far from important

Maybe they are right

Rain falls from the sky when I don't want it

I'm still grateful for the flowers that keep growing

When it downpours and I'm standing in the doorway
