Uncertain

Against my will I watch it fade An echo in the distance (dissipates) Forgotten, left without a trace Yet I still feel Them here with me The last remaining memories Do I say goodbye to what used to be? Do I leave behind all my hopes and dreams? Do I say goodbye to what's left of me? Or carry on through the suffering? And If I hold on to hope As I wander out into the unknown Will every sacrifice mean nothing in the end? Will I be forced to tear it down and start again? Time stands still The longer I wait I'm haunted by Uncertainty A constant voice Inside my head The enemy I can't defend This can't go on much longer The doubt is growing stronger I still feel them here with me The last remaining memories Do I say goodbye to what used to be?
