What if all the things we find ouselves running away from were actually our biggest lessons?

Breathe deeply…. Filling your tummy with air…
Breathe out really slowly…
As you breathe in again, feel the fresh air move around your body…
Now focus on one thing that you would like to heal…
Think about that situation and the way that it makes you feel…
Where in your body do you feel it? What emotions do you start to notice?
Know that these are only every temporary…
You are in control of the way that you think and the way that you feel…
Now, imagine standing in an open field, the sun on your face, the wind gently touching the back of your neck…
You breathe deeply filling every cell in your body…
You feel relaxed, at peace with yourself, you feel strong…
Your body feels healthy, your eyes are bright, and you notice your heartbeat…
You feel connected not only with yourself but with everything around you…
Think about a situation that you would like to heal…
Let it appear in the field in front of you…
How does it make you feel? Where in your body do you feel it?
Start to connect to your emotions… let them rise gently to the surface and become aware of them one by one…
Take a deep breath in…. as you breathe out imagine them leaving your body, as light as the air as they disappear in front of you…
Take a moment… Is there anything you need to say? If so, say it…
Is there anything you need to action? If so, do it…
What is your part in this situation?
What can you do to heal it?
Every time you breathe in, is a chance to start a new, every time you breathe out is an opportunity to let go…
Some of the things you see in front of you may seem easy to solve and others slightly more complicated but from this moment, find one solution… one step forward…
You are in control of the world around you…
Anything you’d like to heal, starts with you…
As you gently open your eyes, bring this back into your day…
Now take action… be brave… face it…
