Too many people get caught up trying to remake their first album

It's impossible

A lot of times your favourite artist

You end up seeing little glimpses of what made them great on the album

As it starts to get funnelled down

Because they so scare to do what they should be doing or to advance, you know

So few that have ever advanced and real people grow

And I wanted to sing my growth
