I thought my mom was gonna die

And I had run all out of time

I lost my mind

How could God take me from this loving mom of mine

I'm so glad that she's still here

Ain't think I'd still have her this year

So scared, that I gave in to fear

I would do anything I could to not feel

She picked me up, sobbed on the drive

Went home and cried and then got

She's been my best friend since I was five

Four months that I couldn't sleep at night

If everything's okay now

Why don't it feel that way now

Time is running out

And all I do is waste it now

I thought my mom was gonna die
