Clap your hands over your head

Now, pull them down in front of your chest

Pull them down in front of my chest

Lift one leg like a flamingo

Lift one leg like a flamingo

Put your foot on your knee and make a triangle

Put my foot on my knee and make a triangle

Hold that pose and count to ten

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 and 10
