And I thank You Lord that I feel so good
Every single cell in my body is well
I work all day from sun rise to sun down
Tryin' to make a living far from home
Yes I need a lot of courage to go on
And strength to make me able all along
I don't know much of science and the arts
How the human body system works its parts
I don't depend on vitamins and on drugs
I might get side effects and I'll feel bad
Now there's one thing I want to talk about
My maker and the Giver of this life
I give Him all the praises and the thanks
For a strong and healthy body I am glad
