About The PropheC
The PropheC, aka Neal Chatha, is an Indian-Canadian singer-songwriter and producer known for fusing global musical styles.
∙ After making beats in his basement as a teenager, Chatha wrote his breakthrough single, 2010’s “Sohni,” which inspired him to pursue a career in music.
∙ In 2012, he launched the label PropheC Productions, through which he’s self-released his work, beginning with the 2013 mixtape The Dream Room.
∙ The PropheC has worked extensively with Indo-American singer Mickey Singh, beginning with their 2013 breakout, “Dukh.”
∙ Futureproof, Chatha’s 2014 sophomore LP, earned him his first Top 10 hit on Billboard’s World Albums chart.
∙ In 2019, he produced and sang on Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moose Wala’s hit single “Sohne Lagde.”
