Today the air in Seoul

Is very clear and warm

Today the smiles too

Are warmer than the norm

Though the change is not profound

There's a specialness going around

A friendly morning chat

To start a perfect week

But I don't need a chat

To make my day unique

Just the sun that warms my chair

Is sufficient to make me declare

Watching from the window as the morning crowds appear

Picturing the places they are going

Soon the rush is over and the sidewalk starts to clear

Then I start my day in here

The perfect place to explore from

I never need more from

I choose a book and I read it

A place to recharge when I need it

Journals on the bookshelf and my albums in the drawers

All my favorite movies when I want them

I lose track of time while I and HwaBoon do the chores

Who has time to go outdoors?
